"About 2 weeks ago I found out that my prior insurance for my car raised my rates approx $100 though I haven't had an accident are tickets in decades. I immediately got online filled out some questions and State farm called me with a minutes. I spoke to John McAfee and he was cordial and professional and explain to me the options I had and explained everything in layman's terms I didn't feel overwhelmed and I felt he wasn't pretentious long story short he saved me $100 a month and called me for a follow-up couple weeks later to go over any questions and to make sure everything he explained was clear and understood. For me first impressions are everything. His customer service was excellent that's what sold me. I'm not big on reviews but that's the least I can do with the service that I got."
